 Cooper is one popular kid.  This love note isn't even from the girl who asked him if they could hold hands.  lol!  He said about that girl, "Hunter told me she has a crush on me, which I can now see why she's been acting so strange and suspicious."  But this card is from a different girl who isn't afraid to tell Cooper herself how she feels:

 Oliver is quite the little gardener.  Meet his pepper plant which he named Raspberry Funny!  He faithfully waters him every day.

Easter

On Good Friday I made our annual Resurrection Garden

 and we dyed eggs.

I made this lovely crazy cake.  I've been experimenting for my friend's wedding cake!  We also had fun searching for our Easter baskets, though I apparently didn't take any pictures of that...

 I LOVE Easter.  It's the best day of the year!  So grateful for my family and the beautiful worshipful day we had.  So grateful for my Savior!  We had a lovely dinner with Grandpa and Nana and I felt grateful all day.

Trees, Track, Things

Oliver recently decided it's fun to climb trees!

 Ethan's been doing awesome in track.  Lots of personal records.  His best 1600m (mile) is now 6.45!  Way faster than his mama.

 He's had fun with high jump too.  And javelin.  And the 800m.  Busy kid!

 Oliver helped me plant all our tiny Arbor Day trees.

 We realized just in time that April 17 is blankie's birthday.  He's 7!  So we got donuts to celebrate because I like having a reason to get donuts...

Easter Egg Hunt!

Phillips 66 has some great family activities and the kids sure had a blast at the Easter egg hunt.  The older kids were even surprised to find a section of the field with eggs for them too.  We now have way too much candy and the Easter Bunny hasn't even come to our house yet!

White Things and Cute Things

I've been painting lots of things white lately!  Like window ledges and doors and trim.  I am loving it!  Just a little a day makes a big difference!

 Madeline continues to craft in the cutest way:

 Cinnamon Roll frosting is white.  mmmmmm.  I love cinnamon rolls.  Especially when it means it's Conference time!

 And this lovely white cake was SUPER delicious and so fun to make.  A very labor intensive worth every minute cake.  Oh man!  It was really good.  I made it because I wanted to and for no other reason.  It's always fun to do that.  teehee

And Oliver was the cutest playing outside while Daddy loudly mowed the lawn.  lol!
