Halloween!

Our festivities started on the 30th with our ward party.  I decorated our trunk for the trunk-or-treat!

 candy and giant spider, check.

I made candy corn cupcakes for the bake-off.

And my kiddos looked so cute!

Happy Halloween!

On Halloween, I was sooooo grateful it wasn't raining.  It was cold cold, but was a super nice night.  The kids had fun.  I enjoyed watching Ethan and Madeline take the little boys up to the doors.

Fall Fun

Caramel Apples!

 Covered in candy and toppings!  YUMMY!

 The kiddos carved such awesome pumpkins this year!  I love them all!

 Madeline did amazing in her last primary program.  She gave a talk, had another speaking part, and sang in a trio.  Then to top it off, she came home and made us all dinner!  Baked Ziti, Caesar salad, and muffins!  It was delicious.  I am so eager for her to enter Young Women's.  She is more than ready.  She is spiritually mature and can hardly wait.

 Plus, she has pretty hair.

Pumpkin Patch

We had a lot of fun at Stoney Ridge Farm picking pumpkins from the patch and going through the corn maze.

 Cooper's pumpkin was enormous.  Todd said if he could carry it, he could get it.  Haha, that is one strong little dude!

Family Fun

Daddy's work party took us to Bellewood Acres for some fun apple picking.  Free pumpkins and donuts and a hay ride.  

 And sometimes you just have to be spooky and silly!

 lol!!

This Week

We put on the full armor of God

 We got spooky (Oliver, Cooper, Madeline)

 Oliver went on a field trip to the pumpkin patch

 Oh, and our dryer broke and the basement flooded...

 We were very blessed to notice before the damage was extensive.  Todd had to go out in the pitch dark pouring rain and dig a trench to reroute the water while I sopped up water inside with every towel in the house.  It's moments like that when you wish your dryer was working for said towels.  Then I went out and held the flashlight and we bucketed out the water from the window well.

The next day, Todd fixed the gutters and the problems, we rented a heater to dry everything out, and before too long things were back to normal.

Except still waiting for the new dryer and washer that's coming!  They'll be worth it!

Yep, just another week!

Bapa and Mimi!

Hooray!  Bapa and Mimi came to visit again.  But where can they be found?

 Mimi is in a tent with Oliver!

 And matching (sort of) with Madeline

 They were seen at The Birch Door Cafe for amazing breakfast!

 and watching Ethan run!

 Bapa was seen eating the Big Bun Burger at Grants

 And celebrating Mimi's birthday in our family room

 Cooper gave Mimi a bookmark and a roll of toilet paper.  Lol.  She'll be prepared if the book is sad!

 Happy Birthday Mimi.  So fun to share the day with you.

 We had fun for days and days and it felt like minutes.

They came and they went.  It was magic.  But we are still looking around for them...
