I’m feeling a little down about my house in Washington still being on the market. I’m wondering if someone will ever buy it and I’m having nightmares of the overgrown yard.
Ethan pooped in his diaper (again) and laughed. When I told him it wasn’t funny he said, “It’s not funny to you, but it’s funny to me!” And then he laughed again. I’ve tried everything with that kid. Nothing works . . .
I made up a recipe for dinner and the only person who really liked it was Madeline. What a gem, she likes almost EVERYTHING!
I ate some cookies that my mother-in-law made, and they were good.

Rachel I am so sorry. I wish I had buyers that would snatch it up. Would you like me to go by and take care of the yard? I would love to help in anyway.
With the potty training maybe just tell him that the store does not carry diapers in his size and come back with underwear. Maybe he will not find it funny if it is not being absorbed in the diaper.
Kids are funny with potty training. Hayden loved aiming at cherrios in the toilet as a game. Anything that involved playing and winning was a great success story with Hayden. Ethan may want to do the same. Good Luck!!

Oh Rachel, I just want to give you a big hug. I am so sorry about your house---That's a big weight that you have little control over. That's hard.
And potty training! Don't get me started! Banks will wear diapers until he's 20 because it was so hard to potty train Benson.
I bet I would have LOVED your dinner! There is little that makes me as incensed as slaving over dinner to have everyone(!) turn their noses up to it and eat cereal. Bless that little madeline. :) I bet today will be a wonderful day and yesterday will be a distant memory.

I will start prepping Lucas to talk with Ethan about how awesome it is to go potty in the toilet and how poop in underwear is disgusting, hey it can't hurt.
Lucas rarely eats what I make, at least without first throwing a fit, crying, bribery being needed... it gets really old fast.
Just a few more days until vacation!!!
(((hugs))) cousin. I sure hope you are having a better. I resorted to buying hot wheels cars for rewards. It expensive fast tho. Ryan gets one after he goes twice! We are working on making it days instead of every two times. He's not completely potty trained yet, but we are getting there. I read or heard that it takes a year for them to be completely trained. We are a little over half way there. Good luck.
